The Vario clutch series from Fioroni Option Team represents the pinnacle of off road clutch design and performance. Guaranteed to satisfy the demand of a three shoe clutch the "Vario" Clutch System is reliable, durable, easy to assemble, and moreover adjustable.

The original versions of the Vario clutch, part numbers OT-FR91, 92, and 93 have been updated and replaced by OT-FR111 and OT-FR121. The original adjustment cam came with positions 1, 2, and 3, while the new versions come with positions 3, 4, and 5. OT-FR111 is anodized gold and features a vented flywheel and OT-FR121 comes hard anodized for extended life and use.

The principal characteristic of the Vario three shoe clutches, more than their standard quality, is related to the ability to adjust its working characteristics without changing springs like on standard clutches. Rotate the tightening cam that closes the clutch to obtain two optional positions that increase or decrease the spring preload and, consequently, the clutch working curve. Choose position 3 to allow easier clutch engagement (good for most tracks/drivers) and position 5 to allow harder clutch engagement (good for high bite tracks and most motocross style US tracks). 

The Vario clutch flywheel measures 35mm in diameter and will fit nearly all off road nitro buggies and trucks. Clutch comes pre-assembled, and when it's time for a rebuild, assembly requires little effort as the adjustable cam captures the springs and guides them into position. Use the optional adjustment tool for even easier assembly. Changing the shoes and springs literally takes seconds.

The Vario clutch has proven to be so successful, many others have attempted to create knock-offs. Beware of imitations!
