A four shoe variation of the Vario clutch, the Quattro Adjustable clutch from Fioroni Option Team combines the low wear characteristics of 4 shoe clutch systems with the adjustability of the Vario design. The principal characteristic of the Quattro four shoe clutch, more than its high quality, is related to the ability to adjust its working characteristics without changing springs like on standard clutches. Rotate the tightening cam that closes the clutch to obtain an optional position that increases or decreases the spring preload and, consequently, the clutch working curve. Choose position 2 to allow standard clutch engagement and position 3 to allow harder clutch engagement (good for high bite tracks). No weights to add or remove, no springs to test out, this design is simple and it works.

The Quattro clutch comes in 2 versions, OT-FR104 flywheel measures 32mm in diameter, and OT-FR124 flywheel measures 35mm in diameter. OT-FR124 is also vented for additional cooling to both clutch and engine. Both come pre-assembled, and when it's time for a rebuild, assembly requires little effort as the adjustable cam captures the springs and guides them into position. Use the optional adjustment tool for even easier assembly. Changing the shoes and springs literally takes seconds.

The Quattro clutch has proven to be so successful, many others have attempted to create knock-offs. Beware of imitations!

The Quattro clutch comes with 2 ergal and 2 carbon shoes. For tuning options you can install all carbon or all ergal shoes.
